The Unfuckery

Unfuck the world, inside and out.

The Unfuckery is a publishing house and a point of view. We make books and tools for people who can feel that something's off, in the systems around them and the loops inside them, and who want to do something about both.

This is anti-self-help. No miracle cures, no toxic positivity, no spiritual bypassing. Self-knowledge over self-improvement. We pair ancient wisdom, Stoicism, Buddhism, Taoism, Jungian psychology, with modern behavioural science, and we say it in plain language with the swearing left in.

What we believe

Most of the patterns running your life were installed without your permission. Some came from inside your own head. Many were built by systems designed to extract your attention, your money, your time, and your health. Seeing both clearly is where the work starts.

We hold two things at once: personal sovereignty and collective action. You can take responsibility for your own mind and name the systems that profit from keeping it foggy. Both are true. Both matter.
