Returns & Refunds
Each book sold by Febble Flim & Family is printed individually when you place your order. Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We stand fully behind the quality of our books. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, contact us at unfucktheworld@fasterzebra.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
You do not need to post the item back to us. Once we have reviewed the photos, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
Because each book is printed to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong title, the fastest option is to place a new order for the correct book. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at unfucktheworld@fasterzebra.com within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. The item must be in the same condition you received it. Return postage for cooling-off cancellations is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within 10 business days.

Digital and non-returnable items
Digital products, including ebooks, are non-returnable once delivered. Gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, contact us at unfucktheworld@fasterzebra.com.
